This is our link domain
rvrc.cc is the official short-link domain of The River Church, a multi-site church in southeast Michigan. If you followed a link here from one of our text messages or emails, you are in the right place.
Go to theriverchurch.cc →What this domain is for
We shorten our own links rather than using a public link shortener, so that every link we send comes from a domain we own and are accountable for. A link on this domain always goes to a page belonging to The River Church.
Every short link has a code or a name after the slash — for example
/backpacks. The bare domain, on its own, is just this page.
About our text messages
We text people who have given us their mobile number — volunteers, ministry
teams, event registrants and people who asked to hear from us. Our messages start
with River: so you know who is texting from an unfamiliar number.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can also manage exactly which messages you get at our preference centre.
What we will never do
We will never ask you for a password, a Social Security number, a bank or card number, or a gift-card code by text message — and we will never ask you to send money by text. If you get a message claiming to be from The River Church that asks for any of those things, it is not from us. Please don't reply to it, and call us at (248) 328-0490 so we can warn others.
